Border czar Tom Holman reveals that despite all the bluster, it is unrealistic to believe all the migrants who crossed the border illegal will be sent out of the country.

Perhaps the formal policy should be to just send back those who committed crimes other than border crossing – and allow those given temporary status not to be stripped of it when they thought they were legal. Too much to ask?
